Job Summary:
As a 1st Assistant Manager at Zumiez, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the store. You will lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the store’s visual standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Requirements:
- Previous retail management or assistant management experience required.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
