3319 – Intermediate Salesforce Specialist

Client: Rothmans, Benson & Hedges (RBH)

Contract: 1 year, with possibility of extension

Location: 1500 Don Mills Road, Toronto

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Monday to Wednesday onsite

Hours: 40 hours per week

Role Overview

RBH is seeking an Intermediate Salesforce Specialist with strong hands-on Salesforce experience, primarily within Salesforce Sales Cloud, combined with experience managing complex audiences and strong data and analytical capabilities.

The role is approximately 95% focused on Salesforce Sales Cloud and requires someone who can work directly with business stakeholders, understand their requirements, translate those requirements into Salesforce solutions, and configure the appropriate audiences and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

· Work extensively within Salesforce Sales Cloud.

· Deploy and support Salesforce functionality including:

o Tasks o Surveys o Quizzes o Articles

· Manage complex audiences within Salesforce.

· Gather and understand business requirements related to audiences, segmentation and Salesforce functionality.

· Translate business requirements into Salesforce language, configurations and solutions.

· Set up and maintain audiences based on defined business requirements.

· Perform detailed data analysis using Microsoft Excel, Power BI and SQL.





· Work with business and technical stakeholders to support Salesforce-related requirements and enhancements.

· Support ongoing Salesforce processes and identify opportunities for improvements.

Must-Have Qualifications

· Strong hands-on Salesforce experience, with the majority of experience relevant to Salesforce Sales Cloud.

· Hands-on experience deploying or working with Tasks, Surveys, Quizzes and Articles in Salesforce.

· Experience managing complex audiences.

· Demonstrated ability to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce configurations.

· Hands-on experience setting up audiences within Salesforce.

· Deep analytical skills.

· Strong hands-on Microsoft Excel experience.

· Solid hands-on Power BI experience.

· Strong hands-on SQL experience.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to work between business and technical teams.

Nice to Have

· Experience with Salesforce Einstein / Salesforce AI solutions.

· Experience with other AI solutions or AI-related projects.

· Salesforce certifications.

· Previous Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience would be an additional asset.

Interview Process
