Key Responsibilities

- Drive a 5 ton truck throughout the city to pick up and transport orders between suppliers and locations.
- Safely load and unload tile and other materials.
- Build, wrap, and secure skids of tile for shipping and transportation.
- Operate a forklift and pallet jack to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and prepared accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and truck.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Requirements

- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Proven experience operating trucks of similar size (5-ton capacity) in a commercial setting
- Hands-on knowledge of forklift operation and freight handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed




- Solid understanding of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and transportation laws
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Physical stamina to lift heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and perform routine vehicle inspections
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
