Quantum is seeking an A Ticket Tower Crane Operator. Currently we have several projects in Coquitlam. The successful candidate will provide value-added support for completion of a project.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Operate a tower crane for wood frame construction, including moving lumber, roofing materials and prefabbed walls.
- Work closely with foremen and riggers to coordinate lifts and keep the work site flowing efficiently.
- Plan ahead, understand daily priorities, and help minimize avoidable downtime.




- Complete required inspections and operating records, and promptly report equipment concerns.
- Maintain safe lifting practices and communicate changing conditions, hazards, or unsafe requests.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the residential construction industry. Current A ticket.
- Knowledge of all Work Secure procedures related to crane safety.
- Proven ability to work independently and with a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Provide own transportation to site.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
