Position Overview The ABA Therapist provides individualized, in-home ABA therapy to children and supports their development of meaningful skills in a familiar and comfortable environment. The therapist works under the direction of the BCBA and collaborates with caregivers and the clinical team to help each learner work toward their individualized goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the client’s home and other approved settings.
- Follow individualized treatment plans and programs developed by the BCBA.
- Use evidence-based ABA strategies to support learning and positive behavior.
- Help clients develop communication, social, play, self-help, daily living, and independence skills.
- Collect accurate data throughout therapy sessions.
- Communicate client progress, challenges, and relevant observations to the BCBA.
- Participate in supervision, training, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
- Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation.
- Build a positive and respectful relationship with the child and family.




- Support caregivers by following established strategies and providing appropriate updates regarding sessions.
- Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Follow all safety, ethical, and organizational policies and procedures.
- Adapt therapy activities to the child’s interests, needs, and home workplace.

Qualifications

- Experience working with children is preferred.
- Experience in ABA, autism services, behavioral support, education, or a related field is an asset.
- Knowledge of basic ABA principles and behavior-support strategies.
- Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow clinical direction.
- Comfortable providing services in family homes.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to providing compassionate, child-centered support.
- Relevant education, training, and certifications as required for the position.

Pay: $23.00-$32.00 per hour Work Location: On the road
