Accessories Sales & Installation Specialist

Pay: $22.00–$29.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m., with paid lunches

Sudbury Custom Auto is looking for an experienced Accessories Sales & Installation Specialist to handle front counter sales, customer service, parts ordering and hands-on installations when required.

We’re looking for someone honest, dependable and thorough who knows automotive accessories, follows up with customers and sees tasks through from the initial inquiry to the completed job.

Responsibilities:

- Help customers choose accessories suited to their vehicle, needs and budget.
- Answer phone, email and in-person inquiries.
- Prepare accurate quotes, including parts, installation and applicable shipping charges.
- Confirm vehicle information, fitment, pricing and availability before ordering.
- Order parts and accessories, track deliveries and follow up with suppliers.
- Keep customers updated on quotes, orders and installation bookings.
- Maintain clear notes and accurate customer, vehicle and job information.
- Assist with accessory installations when required.
- Check incoming parts and follow through on returns or order issues.




- Keep the front counter, displays and work areas clean and organized.

What we’re looking for:

- Previous automotive accessory sales and installation experience is required.
- Knowledge of aftermarket accessories, wheels, tires, lift kits and related products.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate quoting and ordering habits.
- Clear communication and good customer service skills.
- Someone who takes responsibility for their work and follows through without repeated reminders.
- Ability to manage several customer inquiries and orders while staying organized.
- Comfortable using computers for quotes, orders and customer records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
