Quarterhorse Solutions is a custom fabrication company based in Cloverdale, BC. We build branded environments, presentation centres, architectural millwork, signage, and wayfinding systems for clients across Canada.

The work is varied and often complex, requiring practical problem-solving and coordination across design, production, and installation.

The Role The Account and Project Manager plays a critical role in both client experience and company performance. You are responsible for guiding projects from initial conversation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.

This is a fast-paced, multi-project environment. You’ll be managing multiple jobs at different stages while balancing client communication, internal coordination, estimating, and closing new work.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, stays organized across multiple projects, and keeps projects progressing. You’ll be supported by a solid team while leading your projects and driving outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple projects concurrently end to end, from initial client contact and estimating through production coordination, installation, and final billing.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify and develop new client opportunities
- Close new work and transition projects into production
- Review client needs, survey projects, and prepare estimates
- Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to keep projects on track
- Anticipate challenges and work toward solutions before they impact timelines or budgets
- Track project costs, labour, and materials through to project closeout.
- Contribute to improving systems, processes, and overall team performance

- Personal transportation for local site visits and meetings

Experience:

- 3–5+ years in Account Management, Project Management, or a similar role
- Experience in construction, millwork, signage, manufacturing, interiors, or a related field is strongly preferred
