We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager with a strong background in lamination to join our team at our Keele facility in Concord, Ontario.

Position Overview The Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within our lamination and versatile packaging operations.

The ideal candidate will have direct experience in the lamination industry, a strong understanding of laminated flexible packaging products, and a proven ability to build and maintain successful customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring exceptional service and long-term satisfaction.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the lamination and flexible packaging industry.
- Understand customer specifications, product requirements, and lamination applications to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and coordinate customer orders.
- Collaborate with production, operations, and management to ensure customer requirements and delivery expectations are met.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase sales.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities,



and account information.
- Work toward established sales objectives and contribute to the company's long-term growth.

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous sales or account management experience in the lamination industry is required.
- Strong knowledge of laminated films, flexible packaging materials, and lamination processes.
- Experience working with customers in flexible packaging, film converting, printing, or related industries.
- Proven ability to develop new business and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an asset.
- Valid driver's licence and ability to visit customers as required.
