Introduction

Robertson is seeking a skilled Account Manager IV to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend or convert

Pay Rate: Starting from $58 per hour

Location: Toronto, ON

Location Type: Hybrid

Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead planning and execution of strategic global initiatives
- Develop project plans, timelines, governance, and success metrics
- Manage stakeholder communications and alignment activities
- Facilitate working sessions and decision-making forums
- Track budgets, risks, dependencies, and project milestones
- Coordinate activities across multiple regions and business functions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Support activation and execution of community investment and engagement programs

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business required
- 10+ years of experience leading complex strategic initiatives, programs, or enterprise-wide projects




- Strategic Program & Project Management experience leading large-scale, complex initiatives
- Advanced stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership experience within global organizations
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, governance frameworks, budgets, risk management, and performance measurement
- Community Investment, CSR, Social Impact, or Corporate Affairs experience
- Brand, Marketing, Communications, or Employee Engagement background
- Banking, Insurance industry
- Experience managing global transformation initiatives within large matrix organizations
