Position Overview

ERALUX INC. is seeking a meticulous and technically strong Accountant to join our team. This is an on-site role only. The ideal candidate will support a large international client base, maintain accurate financial records, and contribute to the improvement of financial reporting and automation.

Job Details

- Pay: Bi-weekly
- Work Location: On-site only — no remote work
- Language: Bilingual English/French required

Key Responsibilities:





- Perform full-cycle accounting duties of multiple entities based in Canada and United States
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
- Maintain and improve financial reporting and automation processes
- Support month-end and year-end closing
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- Communicate daily with an international client base in English and French
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial workflows
- Facilitate discussions with external accounting firms to review end of year reports for the multiple entities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Bilingual in English and French — written and spoken
- Must work on-site — no remote or hybrid option
- Robust experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP
- Coding or scripting knowledge (e.g., SQL, VBA, Python, or similar)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Power BI experience
- Strong ability to use Power Automate / Automation Flow experience
- Strong Ability to use Claude to generate code, build programs, and create automated workflows
- Experience working with international clients
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines
