Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant to join our financial team. Duties

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, PeopleSoft, Workday, Ceridian, UltiPro, ADP, Kronos, and others to record transactions accurately
- Perform data entry tasks related to financial transactions with precision and attention to detail
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts regularly to maintain accurate financial records
- Assist in account analysis and budgeting activities to support financial planning efforts
- Support payroll processing using systems like ADP, Kronos, Ceridian, UltiPro, or Workday




- Prepare detailed financial reports and assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and insights

Requirements

- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting or finance roles with familiarity using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures
- Experience with payroll systems including ADP, UltiPro, Ceridian or Kronos is highly desirable
- Excellent math skills coupled with the ability to perform account reconciliation and account analysis accurately
- Ability to handle data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy
- Familiarity with financial services industry standards and practices is a plus
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $43,500.00-$89,400.00 per year
