Job Summary

- Facilitate classroom activities, discussions, and practical exercises to reinforce learning outcomes.
- Assess student progress through evaluations, feedback, and practical assessments to ensure skill acquisition.
- Provide personalized guidance and support to help students overcome challenges and build confidence in their abilities.
- Stay updated with the latest accounting standards,

Experience

- Proven classroom experience in teaching accounting, bookkeeping, or related financial subjects.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles such as GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) or IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
- Familiarity with popular accounting software tools like QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate learners, adapt teaching methods, and foster an engaging educational atmosphere.
- Prior experience in developing curriculum content or training materials is a plus.
