Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, part time leading to full-time accounting assistant to join our accounting team. This position is scheduled for day shifts, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position will be part-time with full-time hours leading for full-time.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with accounts receivable, including creating invoices, processing payments, and preparing customer statements.
- Match credit card and bank statements and prepare bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports through the collection, analysis, and summarization of data.
- Identify and correct errors in financial records.




- Identify and escalate discrepancies, errors, or unusual transactions as required.

What We're Looking For

- 1-3 years relevant experience working in accounting and bookkeeping
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in Accounting softwares
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger

Pay

- $20 an hour, based on experience.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
