The role: We're looking for an accounts person to handle our day-to-day bookkeeping and keep the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Accounts payable and receivable — processing invoices, payments, and customer statements.

- Bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Payroll support and government remittances.
- Maintaining accurate records and filing.
- General office admin, phone and email follow-up.

What you bring

- Bookkeeping or accounting experience (QuickBooks and Sage experience an asset).
- Strong with numbers, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Comfortable with Excel and email.
- Reliable and able to work independently.

Pay & hours: Full time, on-site in Rolling Hills, AB. $25/hour starting wage, depending on experience.
