Full time Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join Coventry Homes in Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payments, and supporting our commitment to quality and innovation. This position is vital in maintaining our financial integrity and supporting our growth.

Responsibilities

· Enter accounts payable transactions

· Process cheque runs

· Reconcile vendor statements and payments

· Respond to accounts payable inquiries

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Proven experience with accounting software




- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in work
- Excellent data entry and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with vendors and internal teams
- Reliable and organized
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes
- Ability to analyze financial data effectively
- Knowledge of account reconciliation techniques
