Mann Operations Group is an industry leader in civil construction and excavations. This added position will work alongside our accounting team to ensure our payables are processed efficiently and accurately. The Mann Operations Group includes Don Mann Excavating, RG Excavating, Victoria Drain Services, and Axis Shoring & Drilling.

We are looking for a skilled AP Specialist to join our Finance team in our beautiful new office in Langford, BC.

Key Qualifications

- 2+ years customer service/data entry experience in an office setting.
- 2+ years in an Accounts Payable role.
- Strong Math, Typing & Computer skills, especially with bookkeeping software.
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to follow up on pending issues.
- Honest, dependable, and accountable, with a positive approach to feedback and learning from mistakes.

Key Duties

- Invoice data entry, approval processing, verifying,



and posting invoices for goods or services purchased.
- Performs batch cheque runs & processes remittance information for EFT & Visa Payments.
- Handles all Vendor correspondence via email or phone and reconciles Vendor account statements.
- Tracks Purchase Orders as support to code Invoices and obtains information from other departments to ensure records are accurate, complete and up to date.
