Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, the Accounts Payable Technician is key for managing invoices, maintaining vendor records, and supporting robust accounts payable operations.

You’ll perform essential tasks like three-way matching and prepare weekly cash forecasts. Solid detail orientation and adherence to payment controls are critical to success in this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Process vendor invoices accurately and promptly
- Perform three-way matching of orders, invoices, and receipts




- Prepare cash disbursement forecasts and process payments
- Follow established controls and fraud prevention processes
- Resolve discrepancies and maintain complete vendor records Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in accounts payable or similar role
- College diploma in accounting or related field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
