Role Description

- Manage front-desk reception, phone and email inquiries, and greet visitors
- Coordinate appointments and calendars for agents and leadership
- Maintain records, update listings, and support transaction paperwork to ensure compliance
- Design marketing materials, social media content, listing graphics, and presentations, using AI tools to work faster and smarter
- Support the in-house marketing and branding for agensts
- Assist with agent onboarding and schedule training sessions
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Very strong marketing skills,



including social media management, content creation, and digital campaigns
- Solid graphic design skills with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign (portfolio required)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI) for content, design, and productivity
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; CRM experience is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in real estate (no prior industry experience required, we'll train you)
