Responsibilities

- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and safety protocols
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
- Support clients with activities that promote social engagement, mental stimulation, and physical activity
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment through regular cleaning and organization
- Monitor clients’ health status, report changes or concerns promptly to healthcare professionals or supervisors




- Provide emotional support, companionship, and encouragement to foster a positive atmosphere

Qualifications

- Prior experience in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly desirable
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or dementia care is preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety standards
- Robust caregiving skills with a compassionate approach to client needs
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks and meal preparation efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid certifications in caregiving or relevant health & safety training are advantageous
