About Way Financial
Way Financial was not built simply to tell people how good of an MGA we are. Many financial companies can market themselves. What matters more is what independent financial advisors say after experiencing the platform, leadership, systems, support, and growth opportunities. That is why, at Way, the advisor experience comes first.
We are building a up-to-date advisor platform combining experienced leadership, technology, AI, data, and business-development support to help independent advisors grow more efficiently and achieve more.
We look for people who can build relationships, use technology intelligently, turn information into action, and follow through with accountability.
What You Need to Do to Excel

Sales Execution: Consistently achieve outbound call/text, sales activity, and meeting-booking targets.
Advisor Discovery: Use a question-based selling approach to understand advisors’ businesses, priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
Sales Campaigns: Execute campaigns, identify high-potential advisor prospects, prioritize opportunities, and develop plans to convert opportunities into results.
CRM & Follow-Up: Maintain accurate advisor profiles, activities, opportunities, follow-ups, and next steps in CRM.
AI & Productivity: Utilize AI tools to improve email organization, prioritization, follow-ups, task management, research, and business preparation.
Development Director Support: Support Development Directors with scheduling, PowerPoint presentations, content, meetings, business materials, and advisor follow-up.
Data & Business Reporting: Utilize Virtgate and Excel to generate accurate and easy-to-understand business and production reports.
Business Analysis & Project Management: Analyze advisor and production data for actionable insights while tracking projects,
commitments, and deadlines to completion.
