About Way Financial

Way Financial was not built simply to tell people how good of an MGA we are. Many financial companies can market themselves. What matters more is what independent financial advisors say after experiencing the platform, leadership, systems, support, and growth opportunities. That is why, at Way, the advisor experience comes first.

We are building a modern advisor platform combining experienced leadership, technology, AI, data, and business-development support to help independent advisors grow more efficiently and achieve more.

We look for people who are organized, technology-minded, eager to learn, and able to turn instructions and information into action with strong accountability and follow-through.

What You Need to Do to Excel

Development Director Support: Support Development Directors with scheduling, meeting preparation, PowerPoint presentations, content, business materials, advisor communications, and follow-up.

Advisor Coordination: Assist with advisor outreach, appointment booking, meeting confirmations, information gathering, and ongoing follow-up under the direction of Development Directors.

CRM & Follow-Up: Maintain accurate advisor profiles, activities, meeting notes, opportunities, follow-ups, and next steps in CRM.

AI & Productivity: Utilize AI tools to improve email organization, research, prioritization, follow-ups, task management, presentations, and business preparation.

Data & Business Reporting: Utilize Virtgate and Excel to prepare accurate, useful, and easy-to-understand business and production reports.

Campaign Support: Assist Development Directors in preparing and executing advisor-development campaigns, organizing prospect lists, tracking responses, and coordinating next steps.

Business Analysis: Organize and analyze advisor and production data to help Development Directors identify trends, priorities, and business opportunities.

Project Management: Track projects, action items, commitments, and deadlines to ensure important tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Who We Are Looking For

Relevant Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in financial services, insurance, business support, sales support, or a professional office environment is preferred.

Highly Organized: Able to manage schedules, information, projects, follow-ups, and multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

Technology & AI Mindset: Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and AI, with the ability and curiosity to quickly learn new technologies.

Analytical: Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, reports, and business information and turning them into clear, useful materials.

Strong Follow-Through: You take ownership of assigned responsibilities, keep track of details, and make sure tasks are completed rather than forgotten.

Professional Communicator: Able to communicate clearly and professionally with advisors, colleagues, and business partners. Advanced sales or presentation skills are not required.

Self-Starter: Responsible, resourceful, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative rather than waiting for every instruction.
