ICUC is creating a current leadership role to own our automation and AI strategy across the business.

This is a product and innovation mandate: the Director, Product Automation is responsible for how AI and automation get built into the actual work we do for clients — community management, strategy, insights, monitoring, and social listening, so our teams can work faster, with more precision, and with sharper focus on the client.

This is a founding, leadership-level position.
