Quartz is seeking an AI Engineer to own Charlie, the personal banker at the heart of Quartz's wealth platform. You will shape how Charlie reasons, what it can say, and how we improve its performance in production with real customers.

You will work with Python, FastAPI, and Postgres, building guardrails, evaluation pipelines, and integrations with data sources while focusing on reliability and cost efficiency.
