Transform learning experiences at ChangeMakers as an AI Learning Enablement Associate. This hybrid position focuses on enhancing AI literacy and change management within organizations. In this 6-month contract, you will play a key role in the Learning & Development team, reporting to the Director.

Your efforts will center on exploring creative AI tools, facilitating workshops, and developing engaging training materials. You'll collaborate with various departments, ensuring a seamless rollout of learning initiatives and organizational change. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver AI literacy training programs
- Develop training materials using AI tools
- Facilitate workshops and provide project updates
- Create change communications explaining necessary adjustments
- Manage the LinkedIn Learning platform, including content curation Requirements:
- 2+ years in learning and development or related fields
- Experience with AI tools and project management
- Strong coordination and communication skills
