Join MAC Reno-Design-Build as an analytical Accountant in a hybrid/remote capacity. Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and improve financial processes while supporting project-based accounting. This role is essential for driving financial integrity across MAC Reno-Design-Build’s operations.

You will manage cash flow, accounts reconciliations, and perform month-end closes while collaborating closely with the Controller. Your analytical mindset will help improve accounting workflows and support payroll accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities:

- Process vendor invoices and manage discrepancies
- Record customer payments and handle cash reconciliations
- Support month-end close with journal entries and reconciliations
- Identify inefficiencies in accounting processes
- Maintain internal controls and documentation Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of accounting coursework or experience
- 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data analytics and automation tools
