We are seeking a reliable Superintendent for residential apartments. Live-in or live-out positions available, starting at $50,000 per year.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Building Superintendent Include:
- Exterior property cleaning and upkeep
- Cleaning lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, and common areas
- Preparing turnover units at month-end
- Showing apartments to prospective tenants
- Minor plumbing and electrical maintenance
- Rent collection
- Delivering notices to tenants
- General property assistance
Requirements of Superintendent:
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle required
- Experience in maintenance/superintendent roles is an asset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Dependable, with a hands-on attitude
