We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual for the Application Engineering position to support the engineering product validation and systems integration

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the product development and validation through field data analysis and feedback loops with engineering design teams.
- Work closely with sales, and product management teams to understand application-specific requirements and concept of operation.
- Participate in design engineering effective problem solving
- Collaborate with proto & Construction shop to ensure the seamless adaptation of designs.
- Analyze operational performance and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency, ergonomics, and user experience.
- Stay current on industry trends, agricultural practices, and emerging technologies to enhance product competitiveness.
- Prepare and maintain documentation including application notes, and configuration guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a proven related technical experience.




- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in agricultural equipment.
- Strong understanding of machinery systems including hydraulics, drivetrains, and controls.
- Field experience with agricultural or heavy equipment is highly desirable.
- Familiar with CAD tools and proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiar with FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis)
- Robust problem-solving analysis and hands-on mechanical aptitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred:

- Experience with CAN bus systems and electronic controls.
- Familiarity with precision agriculture technologies and telematics.
- Knowledge of global agricultural standards and regulatory compliance.
