Country Grocer in Chemainus is searching for an Assistant Front End Manager to join our team! The Job

- Reporting to the Store Manager and Front End Manager, you’ll help oversee daily operations of the Front-End department to ensure an exceptional level of customer service is maintained
- You’ll hire, train, manage and motivate a team to ensure efficiency and productivity
- You’ll support daily scheduling needs and coordination
- You’ll support ordering and inventory of lottery and tobacco




- You’ll support with communicating to your team on performance, policies and pertinent issues

Pay for this job: Starting Range: $23.50-$25.25

Most new team members start within this range, depending on their experience and skills.

Growth Range: Up to $30.00
