Key Responsibilities

- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and achieving sales targets.

- Assist with opening and closing the store and ensuring operational standards are maintained.

- Help lead, motivate and support team members to deliver outstanding customer service.

- Ensure customers enjoy a welcoming, engaging and positive shopping experience.

- Develop product knowledge to assist customers and support team training.

- Assist with merchandising, product demonstrations, pricing, receiving and inventory management.

- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and organization.

- Help monitor inventory levels and ensure merchandise is stocked and displayed effectively.

- Support staff development, team communication and the implementation of store procedures.

- Step into a leadership role when the Store Manager is unavailable.

About You

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate,



coach and support a team.

- Previous retail or supervisory experience is an asset.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills, initiative and attention to detail.

- Basic computer skills and the ability to operate a POS system.

- Sound mathematical skills and strong reading comprehension.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and daily operations.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail workplace and adapt to changing priorities.

- Ability to stand for scheduled shifts and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally, bending, reaching and climbing step stools.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
