- Support the ARC HSS Manager in operational areas
- Supervise and train ARC HSS Support Workers
- Maintain safety and enforce policies within the facility
- Assist in staff recruitment and community engagement efforts
- Track and report on shelter and program data Requirements:
- BA in human and social services or similar field
- 2-5 years of leadership/supervisory experience
- Knowledge of homelessness and addiction issues
- Class 5 Driver’s License required
