**Part time Assistant Manager – Clinic Operations

WESN Health Group is looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Part-Time Assistant Manager to support the operational management of our group of medical clinics.

This position will work closely with management and assist with day-to-day operational duties across multiple clinic locations. The ideal candidate is someone who is flexible, comfortable handling different responsibilities, and able to travel between clinic locations when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist management with daily operational tasks across multiple medical clinics
- Coordinate and communicate with clinic staff, physicians, vendors, and other service providers
- Help with operational follow-ups, problem-solving, and completing delegated tasks
- Assist with deliveries, pickups, supplies, equipment, and other clinic-related needs between locations
- Provide support with computers, printers, software, technical issues, and basic IT-related troubleshooting
- Assist with administrative and organizational tasks as assigned
- Help coordinate clinic projects, setup, maintenance, and operational improvements
- Travel between clinic locations when required




- Perform other operational duties delegated by management

Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong computer skills and confidence using computers, software, email, and online platforms
- Basic IT and technical troubleshooting knowledge is highly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and work independently
- Reliable, responsible, and able to follow through on assigned tasks
- Strong English communication skills are required
- Additional languages, particularly Arabic, are an asset
- Previous experience in a medical clinic, healthcare environment, or medical administration is preferred
- Access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s licence are strongly preferred, as travel between clinic locations may be required

Work Environment: Combination of clinic-based, administrative, and operational work across multiple locations
