The University of Alberta invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in the Department of Economics, starting July 1, 2027. We seek candidates in theoretical or applied microeconomics who hold a Ph.D.

(or near completion) and show outstanding potential for teaching and research. Responsibilities include teaching microeconomic theory at the Master’s and PhD levels and supervising graduate research.
