QE Home in Canada is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving store performance, inspiring the team, and delivering exceptional guest service in our home décor stores.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, assist in hiring, training, and onboarding, manage visual standards, and help with inventory and loss prevention while stepping in as acting Store Manager when necessary.
