Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans
- Perform chiropractic adjustments and supporting modalities with precision and care
- Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, stretching, and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing wellness
- Read, interpret, and effectively communicate X-ray imaging and diagnostic exams
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care when necessary
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols to optimize outcomes
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all patients during every visit

- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care with compassion and professionalism
- Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to chiropractic practice
- Proficiency in X-ray interpretation preferred, but further training will be provided
- Experience in pain management techniques and strategies that support natural healing processes

Hours and Compensation

- Schedule will be split between Head chiropractor and Associate once Associate is adequately trained and integrated into the practice community
- Pay will be structured around a percentage split based on skill, experience, and marketing engagement

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
