Duties

- Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, fillings, extractions, and root canals with precision and care.
- Utilize dental software such as Cleardent to document patient records accurately and efficiently.
- Diagnose dental conditions using clinical assessments and interpret medical terminology relevant to patient care.
- Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring clear communication of procedures and options.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term health.




- Maintain sterilization standards and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment.

Skills

- Proficiency in using dental practice management software such as Epic and Dentrix for scheduling and record-keeping.
- Experience working with pediatric patients, demonstrating patience and effective communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental procedures and patient histories.
- Prior experience working in a dental office setting, understanding daily operations and patient flow management.
- Excellent clinical skills combined with compassionate patient interaction abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining high standards of care.
