Duties

- Engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts, including visiting clients and networking events to generate leads
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to match clients with suitable vehicle options, emphasizing high-end models when appropriate
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction while meeting sales targets
- Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline by following up on leads, appointments, and inquiries
- Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, financing options, and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions promptly via phone or in person, maintaining professional phone etiquette
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones

Requirements





- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or dealership environments is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and ethically
- Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in Spanish or other languages, are a significant advantage for reaching diverse customer bases
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—paired with active listening capabilities
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple clients and follow-up activities efficiently
- Knowledge of automotive sales processes, retail sales techniques, and customer service best practices
- Familiarity with sales management tools and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
- Ability to perform math calculations accurately for pricing, financing options, and deal structuring
- Professional appearance and phone etiquette to foster trust and credibility with clients
