The Body Shop Manager oversees daily shop operations, drives team culture, controls expenses, and ensures top-tier customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Operations &
- Leadership:

Manage daily shop tasks, schedule staff, coach the team, enforce company policies, and meet performance targets.

- Customer &

- Vendor Relations:

Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and liaise with vendors, insurers, and dealerships.

- Administration &

- Sales:

Track sales data, close work orders, manage office supplies, maintain OEM certifications, and stay updated on market trends.

Requirements

- Experience: 3+ years in a supervisory role at an auto body shop; 5+ years total in industry sales, customer service, or management.

- Education &
- Credentials:

Valid Driver’s License required. Relevant post-secondary degree/diploma preferred (or equivalent experience).

- Skills: Strong leadership, budgeting, time management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

- Assets: Knowledge of ICBC/insurance policies, estimating, vehicle calibrations, and up-to-date auto technologies.

Pay: $20.00-$60.00 per hour
