Assured Automotive is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences in person, over the phone, and by email. You will manage relationships with customers and insurance partners while supporting the repair facility team.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment, and a proactive, friendly demeanor. A valid driver’s license and proficiency with Google/Office tools are expected.
