Wagonmaster is seeking an Automotive Fixed Operations Support Specialist in Richmond, BC to apply dealership Fixed Operations knowledge to train and support customers on SmartVMA. You will work with Sales Representatives to demonstrate the program, train service staff, and provide ongoing post-implementation support across Canada and occasional U.S.

travel. Ideal candidates bring dealership Service Operations experience, robust English communication, and comfort with technical software.
