As the Automotive Inspection Manager, you'll oversee vehicle inspections and coordinate a skilled team of inspectors, apprentices, and technicians.

Your leadership will ensure that all vehicles are retail-ready, adhering to Clutch's stringent quality and safety standards, within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily operations of the vehicle inspection department
- Manage and mentor a diverse team for peak performance
- Oversee vehicle inspections and quality control processes
- Monitor production timelines for efficiency
- Establish KPIs and improve operational workflows Requirements:
- 5–7 years automotive experience, 3 years in management
- Solid understanding of inspections and automotive standards
- Previous experience managing production teams
- 310S License preferred or equivalent
