We are currently looking for an Automotive Reconditioning Specialist to join our Paramount Truck Sales team at Driving Force Fleet Solutions in our Burlington location.

What You’ll Do:

- Washing and cleaning interior and exterior (including de-mudding undercarriage) of vehicles also ensuring vehicles are detailed and repaired according to Paramount’s Quality Standards
- Interacting with vendors and customers
- Prepare and paint wheels
- Grind and paint frames and dump boxes
- Repair and paint body box floors
- Prepare and paint bumpers, if required
- Replace broken interior pieces
- Install license plates, brackets and mudflaps
- Perform minor body work
- Undercoat vehicles
- Cut and install wood panels in body box

What You Bring:

- Completion of secondary school or equivalent
- Detailing experience an asset




- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking
- Valid class 5 driver’s license
- Abstract acceptable to The Driving Force Group of Companies Driver and Vehicle Safety Program
- Clear pre-employment security clearance
