What We're Looking For The following requirements are mandatory:

- Valid OMVIC registration – Must be currently registered and eligible to sell vehicles in Ontario.
- Previous automotive sales experience – Must have dealership sales experience and understand the automotive sales process.
- Fluent Spanish – Must be able to independently conduct an entire vehicle sale in Spanish, from the initial conversation to closing the deal.




- Strong closing skills – Confident in handling objections, negotiating, following up, and converting leads into sales.
- High energy and self-motivation – We want someone who is ambitious, competitive, and hungry to succeed.
- Excellent communication skills – Ability to build relationships, establish trust, and provide an outstanding customer experience.
- Strong follow-up habits – Comfortable managing leads, updating CRM records, and consistently following up with customers.

Your Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with inbound customer leads promptly.
- Guide customers through our finance-first approval process.
- Communicate with Spanish-speaking customers throughout the entire sales process.
- Work closely with the finance department to structure and close deals.
- Match approved customers with vehicles from our inventory or available auction inventory.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate confidently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities in our CRM.
- Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation to vehicle delivery.
