Position Objective

- Manage and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Showcase vehicle features and conduct test drives.
- Negotiate prices and finalize sales transactions.
- Follow-up with potential leads to close sales.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth..
- Train and mentor sales staff to improve their skills and performance.
- Monitoring sales performance.




- Analyzing market trends to identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in automotive sales.
- Managerial experience an asset.
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and developments.
- Positive and approachable attitude.

Pay: $110,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
