We are seeking an accomplished Automotive Sales Manager to lead our New and Pre-Owned Sales operations and our team of approximately five Sales Representatives.

You have already proven yourself in automotive sales leadership or have five years in automotive sales. You know the pace of the sales floor, the art of structuring a deal and what it takes to build a motivated, accountable and successful team. You are a hands-on leader. Someone who coaches in the moment, builds trust, drives performance and knows how to turn opportunities into results.
