Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience. Your mechanical knowledge, dealership experience, and sales skills will help drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Explain repair procedures, estimates, and recommended services clearly and transparently
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
- Upsell additional maintenance or repair services that benefit the customer while meeting dealership goals
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts




- Maintain detailed records of all service orders, customer interactions, and vehicle histories
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business

Requirements

- Previous dealership experience is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes
- Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience to effectively communicate with technicians and customers
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Proven ability in sales, upselling services, and handling cash transactions confidently
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, parts staff, and management to deliver outstanding service
