About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be one of the main points of contact for our clients and an important connection between the front counter and the shop.

You’ll work closely with clients, technicians, vendors,



and fleet partners to keep communication explicit, vehicles moving efficiently, and clients informed throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities

- Greet clients and answer incoming calls professionally
- Schedule appointments and assist with coordinating daily workflow
- Listen to client concerns and accurately document vehicle information
- Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, timelines, and vehicle updates
- Create and manage repair orders and maintain accurate client records
- Review technician findings and help clients understand recommended repairs and maintenance
- Process invoices and payments
- Coordinate fleet approvals, communication, and billing
- Work closely with technicians and the rest of the service team
- Follow up with clients when required
- Provide a professional and positive experience from vehicle drop-off through pick-up

What We’re Looking For
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience required
- Automotive industry experience required
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers and shop management software
- Experience with Tekmetric is an asset
- Experience working with fleet management companies and fleet billing/approval procedures is an asset
- Valid driver’s licence
