Canadian Tire #636 in Sechelt, BC seeks a hands-on Service Manager to lead the Automotive Service Centre, drive day-to-day operations, enhance customer experience and improve financial performance. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee a four-bay shop with a team of technicians, a service advisor and an apprentice, focusing on productivity and service quality.

The ideal candidate demonstrates independent leadership, robust decision-making, and the ability to grow the service
