Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Azure .NET Developer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based applications within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service, Cosmos DB, REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.

This role involves technical design, hands-on development, cloud application architecture, performance optimization, and collaboration with distributed engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and highly available applications using Microsoft Azure.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements, architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Develop cloud-native applications using Azure Functions, App Services, Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, AKS, and Azure Storage.
- Design and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations.
- Collaborate with cloud architects to implement reliable and scalable solutions.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and effective code following established engineering standards.
- Conduct code reviews and support development best practices.
- Implement automated CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, or comparable tools.
- Monitor applications using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
- Troubleshoot application defects and optimize performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Implement secure coding, identity and access management,



and encryption practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and development activities.
- Create architecture diagrams, API specifications, and technical documentation.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5 7 years of professional software development experience, including at least 3 years working with Microsoft Azure.
- Strong programming expertise in C# and .NET Core, with knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, or Python.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including:
- Azure Functions
- Azure App Services
- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Azure Cosmos DB
- Azure SQL Database
- Azure Event Hubs
- Azure Service Bus
- Azure Logic Apps
- Azure Storage

- Strong understanding of microservices, serverless computing, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience designing RESTful APIs and integrating external systems.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.
- Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, encryption, and secure coding.
- Experience with performance tuning, monitoring, and application troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps Boards.
- Strong understanding of Agile software development practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant Microsoft Azure development or architecture certifications.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud applications.
- Experience working with globally distributed development teams.
- Experience improving cloud application performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
