As we expand our commercialization activities and grow Elevare Health, our healthcare technology studio, we're looking for an experienced B2B Product Marketing Manager to help accelerate our commercial growth.

About the RoleWe're looking for a strategic, creative and hands-on B2B Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen our market presence, generate qualified leads and support customer acquisition across Canada and international markets.

The ideal candidate combines strong B2B product marketing experience with an ability to translate complex healthcare technologies and services into compelling commercial value propositions.

You'll work closely with our commercialization, business development and technology teams, leveraging AI-powered marketing and creative tools to deliver high-quality content, campaigns and sales materials efficiently.

Responsibilities

- B2B Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute product marketing strategies and growth plans aligned with PHC Ventures' commercial objectives.
- Go-to-Market & Customer Acquisition: Plan and deliver targeted B2B campaigns that generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling value propositions, messaging and positioning for our products and commercialization services.
- Content & Sales Enablement: Create product sell sheets, presentations, case studies, digital content and other materials that support business development and sales conversion.
- Market Research:



Conduct market, customer and competitor research to identify opportunities, inform positioning and guide marketing strategies.
- AI-Powered Marketing: Use generative AI and digital marketing tools to accelerate content creation, creative design, campaign development and marketing automation.
- Performance Measurement: Establish and track marketing KPIs, including lead generation, campaign performance, customer engagement and conversion.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally within healthcare technology, SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful B2B go-to-market strategies and demand-generation campaigns.
- Strong content creation, copywriting, product positioning and storytelling skills.
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered creative, content and marketing tools.
- Experience working closely with business development and sales teams to support customer acquisition.
- Strong communication, project management and presentation skills.
- Self-directed, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

- Healthcare or digital health experience is an asset, but not essential. We're particularly interested in candidates who bring proven B2B marketing expertise, creativity and a willingness to experiment with new technologies.
