Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bagger / Machine Operator – Bags & Sleeves to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery that produces and packages high-quality bags and sleeves, ensuring smooth production flow and adherence to safety standards. Your energy and precision will contribute directly to delivering exceptional products to our customers.

Responsibilities

- Operate bag and sleeve manufacturing machines efficiently, monitoring for quality and consistency throughout production runs.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment, identify issues early, and coordinate maintenance or repairs with the maintenance team.
- Assist in the assembly and packaging of finished products, ensuring accurate counts and proper labeling.




- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety guidelines to prevent accidents or contamination.
- Document production data accurately, including quantities produced, machine downtime, and quality checks.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred, especially in packaging or assembly roles.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
